Giorgia Pellizotti finished twelfth in the Nove Mesto race, included in the UCI Junior Series calendar, confirming her position as one of the leading athletes in the category, whether it be mountain biking, cyclocross, or road racing.

Yesterday, the adjective that best describes the performance of the Trinx Factory Team athlete is generosity: despite not having participated in mountain bike competitions for six weeks, the U19 italian champion in 2025 threw herself into the fray trying to stay with the athletes who were fighting for a place in the top 5. A courageous push, but one that took its toll in the last two laps, during which Giorgia had to lift her foot off the accelerator, losing positions and finishing the race in twelfth place, the best of the Italians in the race.

Lucia Bramati also competed in Nove Mesto, taking part in one of the most popular competitions on the international calendar: Lucia, in her first year among the Elite, finished her race in 49th place, bringing home useful points for the UCI ranking.

Points and results aside, the long Czech weekend allowed the girls directed by Luca Bramati to live a unique learning experience: both for the aforementioned Pellizotti and Bramati, and for the Under 23s Laura Squarise and Antonia Grangl, who competed yesterday, having had the opportunity to compete with the best athletes in the world on one of the most technical tracks of the circus represents an invaluable step of growth.

In Italy, Pietro Cao also had the opportunity to gain an important experience: the italian biker, in his first year among the Under 23s, competed on the Durona Bike marathon route.

After 63 km and 2,200 meters of elevation gain, Pietro finished eleventh, third among the boys in his category, at the end of a race that lasted over three hours.

In the classic course (40 km and 1,500 meters of elevation gain), Flavio Dispensa competed: the U19 finished 31st overall, fifth among the boys in his category.
